SnapPilot Pro Subscription Agreement (Auto-Renewable)

This agreement explains the benefits, billing, and auto-renewal terms of the SnapPilot Pro subscription. Please read it carefully before subscribing.

1. Pro Benefits

SnapPilot Pro unlocks advanced features, including but not limited to:

• Composition guidance for two-person photos, including positioning, spacing, occlusion, relative height, focal plane, and facing direction;
• Portrait detail and pose guidance, including alerts for obscured hands and fine adjustments to body direction, balance, shoulders and neck, elbows, and chin position;
• Scene awareness, including prompts for rim lighting, bright spots near the face, and low-light scenes, with guidance adapted to the current lighting, background, and face shape;
• Other advanced features introduced in future updates.

Basic guidance—including level correction, backlighting and facial exposure, subjects leaving the frame, and lens cleanliness—is not part of the paid subscription and remains available to all users free of charge.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

The prices above are in U.S. dollars for the United States storefront. The final price, currency, and available plans are those displayed on the in-app purchase page at the time of purchase.

3. Billing and Payment Provider

• Subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase, and Apple charges your Apple ID account.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID after you confirm the purchase.

4. Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically. Within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, Apple will charge the price of your selected plan and renew the subscription.
• Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will renew for the next period.

5. Turning Off Auto-Renewal or Canceling

• In iOS, go to Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions, select SnapPilot, and then turn off auto-renewal or cancel the subscription.
• After cancellation, you can continue using Pro benefits through the end of the period you have already paid for. The subscription will not renew after that period ends.

6. Refunds

Apple handles in-app purchase refunds under its own policies, and we cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Free Trials (If Offered)

If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The specific trial terms displayed in the app will apply.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may adjust Pro benefits or pricing and will provide advance notice in the app or on this page. Price changes will not affect the subscription period you have already purchased.
