SnapPilot Terms of Service
These Terms are an agreement between you and 陈俊融 (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of SnapPilot (the “App”). Please read them carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms.
1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms apply to the App and its related services. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the App.
2. No Registration Required
- You can use the App without registering or signing in. Paid subscriptions are purchased and restored through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit). The App generates an anonymous identifier on your device to associate your subscription status; this identifier does not contain your personal identity information.
- You are responsible for losses caused by your device being lost or used by another person.
3. Services
- The App provides viewfinder composition guidance, assistance for two-person photos and selfies, and related features.
- Composition and image guidance is provided for reference only and does not constitute professional advice. You make the final shooting decisions, and we do not guarantee any particular photographic result.
4. Paid Features and Subscriptions
Some App features are available exclusively through a paid SnapPilot Pro subscription purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Benefits, pricing, auto-renewal, and cancellation terms are described in the Subscription Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations, or infringe the lawful rights of others;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or unlawfully obtain the App’s source code;
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App or related servers and networks;
- Scrape, copy, or distribute App content without authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its related software, interface, trademarks, and copy belong to us or the applicable rights holders. You own the photos you take and save, and we claim no rights to them.
7. Privacy
Our processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free operation.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions or data issues caused by force majeure or third-party services such as Apple or network operators.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App.
9. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of Services
We may change, suspend, or terminate some or all services because of business adjustments, maintenance, or compliance requirements, and will provide notice through reasonable means.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, including their formation, effectiveness, interpretation, and dispute resolution, are governed by the laws of mainland China. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith consultation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in the location where we operate.
11. Relationship to Apple’s Terms
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. For matters relating to distribution and use through the App Store, if these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), Apple’s terms will control for the relevant matter. Apple is not the provider of the App; we are responsible for the related services.
